When you need a reminder for that approaching appointment or deadline we can contact you by telephone, e-mail, fax or text message. We can even remember birthdays or anniversaries. We would also be pleased to organise the sending of flowers, cards or gifts on your behalf.

 

If you have Outlook hosted on an exchange server then we can act for you in the same way as a PA in your office, with complete access to your appointments and emails.

 

There are other ways to share online calendars and documents, possibly requiring some manual synchronisation, and it should be no more difficult to work together than it would be if we were in your office and you out on the road.
