From digital dictation or hand written drafts we can produce anything in the typed
form e.g. Letters, Invoices and Quotes, Reports, Proposals, Manuals and Newsletters.
We are particularly experienced in producing procedure manuals for Quality Systems and in interpreting technical, statistical and scientific medical data.
We accept digital dictation files in most common audio formats including dss (Olympus, Lanier and Grundig), wav, mp3, dct, ra and rm (RealAudio), sri (VoiceIt), au, aif, msv, dvf, mp2, vox, compressed wav (including PCM, uLaw, ALaw, ADPCM, CELP, SBC, Windows Media, DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10), Philips and Sanyo Digital Recorder formats.
We can transcribe videos produced in digital format such as Quicktime, RealPlayer and Windows media.
For a clear, audible recording it can take between 3 and 4 times as long to transcribe than it did to produce it. Unless you request it to be verbatim we hope to make sense of what we hear and return a document that reads well and is grammatically correct.
